The body that breathes, the body that sings, the body that expresses itself - as the artist's primary instrument.

Through a holistic view of the body on stage, we propose to carry out a series of activities that will allow the recognition and deeper understanding of habits of excessive tension that hold us back.

The Alexander Technique will be the starting point, so that each participant leaves the workshop equipped with tools for self-observation and self-knowledge, in addition to greater freedom of choice over their psychophysical organization, and, as a consequence, their optimized performance.
